What It Does

When replacing the impeller, inspect the shaft seal and diffuser O-ring at the same time these components wear on a similar schedule and are inexpensive to replace together. Doing both during the same service visit avoids a second pump teardown shortly after. Always confirm the HP rating stamped on your existing impeller matches SPX2607C before ordering; installing a mismatched HP impeller will affect flow rate and can stress the motor.
