This gray-toned sealant establishes strong adhesion to an extensive list of construction substrates, including masonry, wood, aluminum, steel, slate, natural stone, clay tile, and asphalt. A standout advantage is its ability to be applied on damp surfaces without triggering outgassing or bubble formation, producing a uniformly smooth, level result every time. The solvent-free, 100% solids composition eliminates shrinkage and provides superior color retention that resists suntanning and UV-driven fading. With a rapid skin-over time of roughly 30 minutes and paintability in as little as 24 hours, it handles joint movement up to plus or minus 25%, delivering a long-lasting, resilient seal.
