Description
Cut energy use and noise—without sacrificing flow. The Mustang VS 270 pairs a high-efficiency permanent-magnet motor with smart variable-speed control, circulating at low RPMs for everyday filtration and ramping up only when you need extra power for features, cleaning, or heat-up. The result is quieter operation, clearer water, and significantly lower operating cost compared to single-speed pumps. A simple controller with programmable schedules/presets makes “set-and-forget” daily operation easy, while the compact, service-friendly design drops into most pads with standard unions.
Built for reliability, the VS 270’s sealed motor and durable wet end are designed for season-after-season performance. Use low RPMs for long filtration cycles, a mid preset for skimming or heater calls, and a high preset for vacuuming or water features—then let the pump return to its energy-saving cruise. It’s an excellent upgrade for homeowners who want quieter, cleaner, more efficient circulation.
