The Balboa Dura-Jet DJAYGB (Part No. 4239208-S) is a 2.0 HP, dual-speed, 230V jet pump from the award-winning Dura-Jet (Cascade / DJ) series by Balboa Water Group / Sta-Rite / Pentair. This is the 230V big brother of the 1.5 HP DJAYFA — delivering serious jet power from the same compact 48-frame platform that fits where larger 56-frame pumps cannot.
Running at just 8.5A on high speed (3,450 RPM) and 3.0A on low speed (1,725 RPM) on a 230V circuit, the DJAYGB draws substantially less current than the equivalent 115V models — making it ideal for spas wired with dedicated 230V service. The dual-speed design provides full-force hydrotherapy jets on high and energy-efficient filtration/heating on low, all from a single pump.
The Dura-Jet series is renowned for its unique high-efficiency impeller that delivers higher flow rates with smaller horsepower motors than competing pumps — the series is rated to exceed 210 GPM. The petite volute and compact 48-frame design fit tight equipment bays, while the multi-directional volute rotates to four discharge positions (12, 3, 6, and 9 o’clock) with a 3-position drain plug for total installation flexibility.
